Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Exchanges

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
